• Design of integrated, innovative and sustainable models of Facility Management services (advanced tertiary, healthcare, hotel, airport, residential, etc.), including those with high technological content and the use of renewable energy sources for central clients and private users;
• We carry out start-up assistance activities for implemented models;
• We prepare specifications and technical specifications for Global Service and Facility management tenders;
• We develop ad hoc technical reports in response to public and private tenders;
• We perform plant, building/architectural (internal and external) inspections;
• Establishment of a technical registry and/or updating of an existing database (CAD and BIM);
